Subject: Provisional Selection List of Candidates Allotted Seats in Stray Round of Counselling (Physical) for NEET MD/MS/PGD Courses, Including HM and NRI Quota in ASCOMS-2024

In compliance with Notification No. 016-BOPEE of 2025 dated 22-02-2025, the Stray Round of Physical Counselling for seat allotment in NEET MD/MS/PGD courses, including seats under the HM and NRI quota in ASCOMS-2024, was successfully conducted by the Board on 25th February 2025 at the BOPEE Offices in Jammu and Srinagar simultaneously.
The provisional selection list of candidates who have been allotted seats/disciplines in Government/Private Medical Colleges/Institutions is detailed in Annexure “A” to this notification. The list will be available exclusively on the official website of the Board: www.jkbopee.gov.in.
Important Instructions for Selected Candidates
- Candidates allotted seats must join their respective institutions by or before 28-02-2025 (4:00 PM) positively.
- It is the sole responsibility of the concerned colleges/institutions to verify candidates’ documents and eligibility as per MCI/NMC guidelines before allowing them to join their respective courses.
- Any shortfall in admissions must be reported by the concerned colleges/institutions to the BOPEE Office (Jammu/Srinagar) by 5:00 PM on 28-02-2025 via email at:
Special Note for Institutions/Colleges
- All participating institutions/colleges must treat Sundays and Gazetted holidays as working days, particularly for their admission sections, to ensure a smooth admission process for candidates.
Important Notes
- Provisional Nature of Admission – The admission of candidates allotted seats in this round is purely provisional and may be canceled if any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or fabricated. Legal action will be initiated against such candidates.
- Document Verification – All colleges/institutions must thoroughly verify candidates’ documents, particularly Category Certificates, wherever applicable, for Reserved Category admissions.
All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged as per the e-Information Brochure and previous notifications issued by the Board.
